Nuevo Jordan School currently holds grades K-8 with a total of 62 students enrolled in 2011. The school is located in an area of extreme poverty. Surrounded by crops and farmland many of the local residents are malnourished and few have more than one meal per day. It is an area of abject poverty where many farm laborers earn just $120 PER YEAR and some earn even less!
In the 5 years since the school's inception we have always sent 100% of all sponsorship funds directly to the school! We are looking for individuals, organizations, churches or families to help us to help them. We are in need of nearly 25 sponsors just to make our current minimum monthly budget at the school.
